​​Remote Online Notarization empowers clients to efficiently connect with a notary via video conferencing platforms to electronically sign and notarize documents. This process guarantees the legal validity of documents without the necessity of in-person meetings, streamlining your notarization experience.

How it works:

  • Uploads the document they need notarized through a secure online portal.  (Click here)

  • Connect via video call (using Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet platform).

  • Shows proof of identity via government-issued ID during the video call.

  • Signed electronically by the client.

  • The notary electronically seals and signs the document, making it legally notarized.

  • The notarized document is then securely delivered to the client via email or a secure platform.
